    We work with White Oak UK to help customers keep their cash in their business and spread the cost of fire safety equipment over a fixed term in a tax efficient way, as they allow tax to be offset and VAT to be reclaimed.

    What to include

    When using our calculator we recommend you factor in the following when selecting the amount:
    Installation
    Include the cost of your system installation or upgrade in the calculator. You can also include on-going annual costs to consolidate everything in to one monthly payment.
    We can include on-going maintenance costs in to your agreement so you everything is all together in one monthly payment.
    For example, if you are looking for a finance lease over 3 years and annual maintenance is £300 per annum - you will need to include £900 to cover this.
    We recommend that you include annual monitoring costs in to your agreement. As with the annual maintenance, multiply your annual costs by the number of years for the term of the lease.
