We provide regular planned preventative service and maintenance visits in accordance with the latest British Standards to ensure your compliance to current fire safety legislation.

SYSTEMS WE MAINTAIN

Fire Detection & Alarm Systems

Your fire alarm should be tested at least twice per year in accordance with British Standard BS5839. For larger or more complex premises, the servicing interval could increase to quarterly or monthly.

Emergency Lighting Systems

Your emergency lighting should be serviced at least once per year in accordance with BS5266. We usually complete this at the same time as your fire alarm maintenance to reduce costs.

Portable Fire Extinguishers

Portable Fire Extinguishers should be serviced once per year in accordance with BS5306. Our multi-skilled engineers can complete this alongside your fire alarm and emergency lighting to reduce costs.

Evacuation Alert Systems

Evacuation Alert Systems should be serviced every 6 months in accordance with BS8629. All sounders should be individually tested for operation at least once per year.

Fire Suppression Systems

Fire Suppression Systems should be serviced every 6 months in accordance with the relevant British Standards. Our engineers can also carry out annual room integrity testing.

Kitchen Fire Suppression

Ongoing servicing and maintenance of your kitchen fire suppression system is also essential to ensure it is maintained to the required standard at least twice per year.
